As I begin my journey into healthier food I have done some extensive research. I want to make sure I know what I am eating and why. I also am in need of healthy recipes... And so I keep a list of resources here for anyone who cares to explore too!

Websites:
Eating Well: plenty of healthy recipes and information and tips on eating well. 

No Diets Allowed: This is a new find and I am thrilled to have found her site. Her recipes are all healthy and her theory is that healthy eating should be enjoyable and tasty. I am very excited to try some of her recipes. 

Studio 5: this site/show has been an inspiration in many aspects of my life. Its full of tips, inspiration, and helpful advice in all sorts of topics. It is also a great way to discover bloggers I didn't know about before! 

Books:
Muffin Tin Chef by Matt Kadey- I received this book for Christmas and am so excited! I have loved the idea of using the humble muffin tin to make smaller portions, muffins, and all sorts of things for the freezer! (Watch for plenty of muffin tin posts in the near future!)
